Terms & Conditions (Summary)
This summary highlights the main terms that apply to all Crepes & Travel tours. Full terms, including required forms and waivers, apply to all bookings.
Booking & Payments
A deposit and completed registration are required to reserve your spot.
Deposits are refundable for 7 days after payment.
After 7 days, deposits are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to another traveler or applied to a future Crepes & Travel tour.
The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to departure.
Final payments are non‑refundable.
Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
Crepes & Travel may cancel a tour due to factors such as insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or logistical issues.
If a tour is canceled, Crepes & Travel may:
Issue a refund, or
Reschedule the tour and apply payments to the new dates.
Crepes & Travel is not responsible for incidental expenses such as flights, visas, or insurance.
No refunds are provided for unused accommodations or services once the tour has begun.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance may cover trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and other unforeseen events.
“Cancel for Any Reason” policies typically must be purchased shortly after your initial deposit.
Traveler Responsibilities
Participation is voluntary.
Travelers are responsible for:
Their own conduct, health, and safety
Following instructions from tour staff
Respecting local laws, customs, and group norms
Participation may be suspended or terminated for unsafe or disruptive behavior, without refund.
Health, Risk & Required Documents
Travelers are responsible for determining their own fitness to participate.
Crepes & Travel does not provide medical advice or medical care.
All travelers must complete required forms, including a Traveler Health Questionnaire and Foreign Travel Waiver, prior to final payment.
Acceptance
By booking a tour, submitting payment, and participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related documents.
