Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours offered by Crepes and Travel LLC (“Crepes & Travel”). By booking a tour, submitting payment, or participating in a program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Deposits and Final Payments
A deposit and completed registration are required to confirm your booking and reserve your spot on a tour.
Deposits are refundable for 7 days after payment is made.
After 7 days, deposits are non‑refundable.
If you are unable to travel after paying your deposit, you may:
Transfer the deposit to another traveler, or
Apply it toward a future Crepes & Travel tour (subject to availability).
The remaining balance of the tour cost is due 120 days prior to the start of the tour.
The exact final payment due date will be provided for each tour, along with a reminder invoice.
Final payments are non‑refundable.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Bookings made after the final payment deadline must be paid in full at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Changes or Cancellations
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Crepes & Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure for any reason, including but not limited to:
Insufficient number of travelers
Political, safety, or medical travel restrictions
Local logistical issues that may impede tour operations
If Crepes & Travel cancels a tour, we will:
Issue a refund or
Reschedule the tour and apply your payments to the new dates, depending on circumstances and commitments to local partners.
Crepes & Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred by travelers in preparation for their trip, including but not limited to:
Non‑refundable airfare
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Other personal expenses
There is no refund for unused accommodations or services once the tour has begun.
Any voluntary changes you make to your itinerary during the tour are at your own expense.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Depending on the policy, travel insurance may cover:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical expenses (including COVID‑related issues)
Emergency evacuation
Loss of deposit or payments
Airline disruptions or weather‑related delays
“Cancel for Any Reason” policies typically must be purchased shortly after your initial deposit.
Many other policies may be purchased at any time before departure.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry:
A valid passport for the duration of the tour
Any visas or documents required by applicable government regulations
In many destinations, passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry.
Crepes & Travel is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
Traveler Responsibilities & Conduct
Participation in a Crepes & Travel tour is voluntary.
Travelers are responsible for:
Their own conduct, health, and safety
Following instructions provided by Crepes & Travel staff
Respecting local laws, customs, and group norms
Crepes & Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if a traveler’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or incompatible with the well‑being of the group or the purpose of the tour.
Such termination does not entitle the traveler to a refund.
Health, Risk, and Required Forms
Travel involves inherent risks, including those related to health, transportation, weather, and local conditions.
Travelers are responsible for determining their own fitness to participate.
Crepes & Travel does not provide medical advice or medical care.
Medical facilities and emergency services may differ from those in your home country.
All travelers are required to complete:
A Traveler Health Questionnaire
A Foreign Travel Waiver and Release of Liability
These forms must be completed prior to final payment.
Photography and Media
Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during Crepes & Travel tours for documentation, storytelling, promotional, or marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media, and printed materials.
Photography consent is collected separately and explicitly as part of the Traveler Health Questionnaire and Waiver. Travelers may choose whether or not to consent to the use of identifiable images.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour, submitting payment, and participating in a Crepes & Travel program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all related documents.
