This hands on class is taught in 4 sessions within a 24h period (Date/time to be mutually agreed upon):
Day 1 : 5pm (1h) : Background, bread and butter block
Day 2: 9am (30min): Merger, first fold, and second fold.
Day 2: 10:30am (45min): Third fold and placement
Day 2: 2pm (15min): Out of the oven, taste and celebration!
I will send you ahead of time the list of ingredients, tools/utensils and recipes for the class so you will be ready for this special experience.
