This 1h virtual class (date/time to be mutually agreed upon) is a real roll-up-your-sleeves savory experience from your kitchen to mine.

You will virtually travel to Brittany, where half of the restaurants are crêperies are the norm.

We will make the batter together and learn about the beautiful buckwheat. We will practice making galettes in a pan. We will add on delicious savory toppings to pair your galette with.

I will send you ahead of time the list of ingredients, tools/utensils and recipes so you will be ready for this special experience.
