We will start the day, by going to the local weekly market, which will provide the fresh fruits and vegetables, the cheese, the charcuterie for our hike and picnic.

Night: Ile Grande

Day 3 : Explore the north coast

We will head to the UNESCO world heritage site of Mt St Michel.
The exact itinerary will depend on the tides, as it is such a force of nature to see the water advancing in front of our eyes, (some say that it goes as fast as a horse galloping) and surrounding this big rock.
We will also immerse ourselves in the fortified city of St Malo, where part of the book “all the light we cannot see” by Anthony Doerr was written or in the medieval city of Dinan.

Night: Dinan or St Malo

Day 4: Crossing through the Heart of Brittany to the south coast

Today we will cross through the heart of Brittany, stop at the beautiful town of Josselin, with its XIth century castel, and canal. We will then head south to the stunning Golfe du Morbihan.

Night: Carnac

Day 5: Neolitic sites of CARNAC

Historians still don’t know why these big long stones are aligns for kilometers at a time. We will visit the alignments of Carnac and other Neolithic sites.

Night: Ile Grande

Day 6: Crepe making and Kayak

Depending on the tides, we might go shrimping, hiking or kayaking around the island.
We will stop by local shops for some unique products of the region.
We might prepare our Galette and Crepe batter ahead of time, so that it is ready for dinner.
In the evening, we will practice Galette and Crepe making, just like a pro, learning about delicious pairing.
