Food and Culture exploration*:


Day 1: Welcome to the Island!

Your adventure begins as we pick you up from the train station in Lannion and head to the enchanting island of Ile Grande (13km). After settling into Emma’s beautifully remodeled and cozy house, we'll take a leisurely walk along the island's coastline. This is a perfect way to get acquainted with the stunning surroundings and start your journey on a grounding note.

Day 2: The Market and Pink Granite Coast

Start your day with a visit to the local weekly market, where we'll gather fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, and charcuterie for our lunch. We'll then embark on a breathtaking site seeing tour of the Sentier des douaniers, with beautiful views of the town of Trebeurden and Tregastel.

Day 3 : Learn the Art of Crepe making

We will travel to the coastal towns of Roscoff, known for its "Onion Johnnies". In the early 1900th, these Breton farmers who became famous for crossing the water to Great Britain, to sell their distinctive pink onions, door to door on bicycles.
We will then participate in a hands-on crepe making course led by local experts, where you'll learn to create both savory and sweet crepes using traditional techniques. We will stay the night on the Coast of legend, known for its wild landscape and beautiful cut coast.

Day 4: Morlaix and Ploumana’ch

We will visit the historic town of Morlaix, known for its picturesque viaduct and medieval architecture, and head to Ploumana’ch ‘stunning pink granit coastal line. We will indulge in delicious seafood .

Day 5: Dinan and St Malo

We will discover the medieval town of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, and impressive ramparts. We will continue to the historic port city of St Malo, known for its walled city and rich maritime history. We’ll enjoy a gourmet dinner at one of St Malo's renowned restaurants, featuring fresh seafood and regional specialties.

Day 6: Oysters in Cancale

We will head to the coastal town of Cancale, famous for its oysters. We will visit an oyster farm and go to the famous oyster daily market. In the afternoon, we will stop in Dinan for some sightseeing before heading back to the island for a nice meal together.

Day 7:  Departure

After a heartfelt farewell breakfast and a last exchange with the island, we will head to the train station of Lannion.

The tour starts and finishes at the train station in Lannion. We can help you with your train ticket and/or for extra days you would like to spend before or after the trip.
