This is a hands-on fun class, where those who want to, will make their own batter, savory galettes and sweet crepes.
We will garnish our galettes and crepes with delicious topping combinations that you will make for yourself :
la complète (egg, ham, and cheese galette)
la mer (salmon, crème fraiche, and dill galette)
la chèvre (warm goat cheese, honey, and walnut galette)
la citron (lemon and caramelized sugar crêpe)
la gourmande (chocolate, banana, and almond crêpe)
At your venue of choice for a group of 4 to 12 people.
