Authentic Brittany*:
Day 1: Welcome to the Island!
Your adventure begins as we pick you up from the train station in Lannion and head to the enchanting island of Ile Grande (13km). After settling into Emma’s beautifully remodeled and cozy house, we'll take a leisurely walk along the island's coastline. This is a perfect way to get acquainted with the stunning surroundings and start your journey on a high note with a moderate 5 km hike.

Day 2: The Pink Granite Coast
Start your day with a visit to the local weekly market, where we'll gather fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, and charcuterie for our hike and picnic. We'll then embark on a breathtaking hike along the Sentier des douaniers, in the heart of the pink granite region. Let your imagination run wild with the stunning views and unique rock formations. The hike is 8 km, with an optional 5 km extension.

Day 3 : The West Tip of Brittany
We will head to the town where the delicious Kouign Amann was invented, Douarnenez, to get our fresh ingredients for our hike to the stunning tip of Brittany: Pointe de Crozon.
We will continue our journey south to the heart of Crepe making with its butter plaza: Quimper.
Night: Quimper
Day 4: Gauguin’s backyard
We will head to Pont Aven, where Impressionist Guaguin painted for many years, and cross through the center of Brittany with its vast fields cultivating crops such as wheat, barley, and maize to reach medievial city Dinan in the north of the peninsula.

Day 5: Emerald Coast
After lingering in Dinan’s weekly market, we will discover the stunning Emerald coast, stopping at one of its port town for some delicious Oysters.
Night: Ile Grande
Day 6: The art of Crepe making and living like a local.
We will stop by local shops for some unique products of the region and prepare our Galette and Crepe batter. We will practice Galette and Crepe making, just like a pro, learning about delicious pairing.
Depending on the tides and the weather, we might go shrimping, hiking or even kayaking.

Day 7: Departure
After a heartfelt farewell breakfast and a last exchange with the island, we will head to the train station of Lannion.

The tour starts and finishes at the train station in Lannion. We can help you with your train ticket and/or for extra days you would like to spend before or after the trip.
