The UNESCOs MUST SEE with a tennis twist*:

This 7-day tour of Brittany highlights two UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the awe-inspiring Mont Saint-Michel and the Neolithic stones of Carnac.

Travelers will explore the dramatic Pink Granite Coast with scenic hikes and markets, visit the medieval towns of Dinan and Josselin, experience the tranquil landscapes and agricultural heritage of “Kreiz Breizh,” and, because the tennis French Open (an institution in France in late spring) will be on, an optional tennis practice and watching.

Exploring the Pink Granite Coast

After a stop at the local market for fresh seasonal produce, cheese, charcuterie, and more, we’ll embark on a hike along the Sentier des Douaniers (Customs Officers’ Path). Originally created in 1791 for customs officers to patrol the coast and prevent smuggling, the path is now a favorite among hikers exploring Brittany’s dramatic shoreline.

This scenic route winds through massive, rose-colored granite boulders—sculpted by wind and sea into surreal shapes—set against a rugged coastline interspersed with sandy beaches, pine groves, and tidal pools. The hike offers sweeping views of this uniquely colored and dramatic seascape.

We’ll cover about 8 km, with an optional 5 km extension for those eager to explore further.

Mont Saint Michel and Dinan

Visit the iconic UNESCO World Heritage site of Mont Saint-Michel.

Depending on the tides, you'll witness the mesmerizing sight of the water advancing rapidly, surrounding this historic rock. Marvel at the stunning architecture of the abbey and explore its winding alleyways.

Additionally, you'll explore the medieval city of Dinan, known for its well-preserved town walls, half-timbered houses, and charming cobbled streets. Enjoy stunning views of the Rance River from the town's ramparts

the Heart of BrittanY

Journey through the picturesque landscape of “Kreiz Breizh” (the heart of Brittany in the Breton language).

This region is characterized by rolling hills, dense forests, and charming towns. Stop by the medieval town of Josselin, with its cobblestone streets, medieval houses, and fortified castle. You'll also get a glimpse into Brittany's rich agricultural heritage, with vast fields cultivating crops such as wheat, barley, and maize.

Traditional farms dot the landscape, contributing to the region's renowned cheese and dairy production.

Neolithic sites of CARNAC

Discover ancient mysteries of Carnac, now recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO, famous for its Neolithic alignments of over 3,000 standing stones, or menhirs.

Explore the Ménec, Kermario, and Kerlescan alignments, which date back to 4500 to 3300 BC. These stones may have been used for ceremonial or astronomical purposes, but their exact purpose remains a mystery.

Tennis

For tennis enthusiasts, this tour offers a special treat: the chance to immerse yourself in the excitement of Roland Garros week while in the heart of Brittany. Whether you're a casual spectator or a passionate player, you’ll have the opportunity to watch live French Open matches broadcast in local places. For those eager to pick up a racquet, an optional session will be available on nearby courts—perhaps even on classic clay, echoing the surface of Paris’s famed tournament. This unique addition promises both conviviality and a taste of France’s beloved tennis tradition amid the stunning Breton scenery.
