Ines Elvira was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, a vibrant city nestled high in the Andes that she has always called home. She only lived abroad for two years in the United States while completing her master’s degree, but Colombia has always been at the heart of her story.
Growing up, her parents loved exploring the country. Together with her parents and her four sisters, she traveled to many beautiful corners of Colombia, almost always by car. Those family road trips allowed her to discover, from a very young age, the extraordinary landscapes, cultures, and warmth of the people that make Colombia such a special place.
Today she is retired, and because she loves traveling and meeting people from around the world, she is delighted to share with international visitors the magic, beauty, and rich diversity that make Colombia an unforgettable country to experience.
